CANCELLATION POLICY

At Last Frontier Motorcycle Adventures (LFMA), we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our riders. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your travel plans. To address such situations, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Booking and Payment Terms:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the tour's start date. Failure to remit full payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Schedule:

  • More than 90 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments made will be refunded in full.

  • 61 to 90 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.

  • 31 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.

  • 30 days or less before departure: 25% of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.

  • No-shows: All payments are forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule your tour, the following terms apply:

  • Eligibility: Funds forfeited as per the above cancellation schedule (excluding the non-refundable deposit) can be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled tour within 12 months of the original tour date.

  • Conditions: Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Please ensure your policy includes coverage for cancellations to protect your investment.

Additional Considerations:

  • Amendments: Any changes to the original booking must be submitted in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate modifications, certain changes may be treated as cancellations and subject to the terms outlined above.

  • Third-Party Services: If your booking includes services provided by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels), their cancellation policies will apply, and any associated fees or refunds will be governed by their terms and conditions.

By booking a tour with LFMA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our riders, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
